HFC Series High Flowrate Cartridge Filters
Introduction
HFC Series High Flowrate Cartridge Filters are using high dirt capacity filter elements , designed for the removal of hard particles with a sharp removal cut off and maximum surface area for best selectivity and life.
HFC series filter housings are available in both horizontal and vertical configurations. The inline horizontal configuration minimizes pressure drop and is more easily accessible for filter changeout. Vertical configurations are an option, depending on your application and space limitations.
Compared with conventional filter cartridges, the flow rate of high flow cartridge is up to 114m3/h, which reduces equipment manufacturing cost, volume and installation space. It greatly prolongs the service life of filter element, and is easy to operate and maintain.
Features And Adventags
■ According to GB pressure vessel standard design and manufacturing
■ Accepts multiple high flow cartridges for high flow applications
■ 150 psig designs,high design pressure available
■ Accepts 20", 40" and 60" High Flow cartridges
■ Vessels available in carbon or stainless steel 304 or 316
■ Element flow inside out with excellent dirt holding capacity
■ Designed for extended periods between filter change outs
■ Up to 50% smaller housing sizes in comparison with universal housings
■ Each HF Flow element will replace up to 30 standard 2 ½" elements
■ High throughput means fewer filter cartridges are used, reducing labor and operating costs
■ Compact structure of the filter cartridge, save space; reduce the investment cost of the equipment, the filter element change is simple and quick
■ The container is slightly tilted to prevent the liquid from tilting when the lid is opened
■ Inside to outside flow configuration - all debris stay within
the filter
■ Available in both horizontal and vertical configurations
